and aligned with company strategy.
Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful implementation outcomes.
Business Process Re-engineering & Kaizen
Drive enterprise-wide process improvements using
Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies
.
Align ERP modules with manufacturing processes: inventory, production, QC, procurement, logistics, HR, and finance.
Monitor process efficiency and implement ERP-driven improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Technical & Analytical Functions
Oversee ERP data management, migration, and system audits.
Develop
custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics
to support decision-making.
Utilize
MS SQL database
skills for queries, stored procedures, and report writer programming.
Ensure ERP security, role management, backup, and compliance with IT best practices.
Change Management & Training
Act as a
change champion
to ensure user adoption across all levels of the organization.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching for ERP users.
Communicate system benefits and improvements effectively to both management and shopfloor users.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure ERP processes comply with Malaysian statutory requirements (SOCSO, EPF, EIS, PCB, HRDF) and global standards (ISO, SEDEX, CSR).
Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and regulatory reporting through ERP.
