Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • A candidate who possesses or is presently pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, CTIM, or an equivalent will be given preference.
  • A candidate who specialises in the functioning of the Accounting and HR Payroll Processing Services domain would be an advantage.
  • A candidate with 1 to 2 years of professional services industry experience would be preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Information System such as SQL.
ResponsibilitiesDimensionThis position reports to the division head and is responsible for supporting the performance and profitability of the Accounting Services Division.Responsibilities * Committed to assisting the division head in managing Accounting and HR Payroll Processing Services functions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations.
  • Carry out the job portfolio by executing operations and coordination responsibilities in Accounting Services Division, including but not limited to client management, task management, and billing & collection.
  • Deliver effective and efficient services, encompassing bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts and supporting schedules, meticulous document filing, and compilation of payroll information.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up skills in client interactions to ensure completion of assignments, involving the compilation of pending documents and addressing queries.
  • Ensure the proper, accurate, complete, and timely preparation of records, reports, document processing, and filing.
  • Required to collaborate closely with external parties, such as clients or clients\' representatives, company secretaries, tax agents, and auditors, to ensure effective operational procedures.
