Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the department\'s task list
• Create and upkeep the department\'s payment checklist
• Providing strategic insight and knowledge in preparing feasibility studies on any new / expansion program of the Premium Outlets
• Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning
• Use financial modelling to predict outcomes
• Keeping up-to-date record on the Premium Outlets performance and debt services
• Plan, organise, manage the details and invite all the required participants to meeting called by the HOD
• Follow up on the to-do-list after each formal meeting
• Coordinate with service providers / consultants on all the required documents / agreements before official appointment
• Coordinate with service providers / consultants on market research, construction related reports and / or any reports required by HOD
• Travel domestically and internationally as assigned by HOD to assist in completing all tasks required for each trip
• Ensure good and effective communication with all the departments in the company

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• 5 to 10 years\' working experiences in relevant fields, preferably in retail / banking experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisation and problem solving skills
• The ability to learn quickly
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Organised and effective in setting up filing system
