Job Description

The role requires to execute the below tasks and initiative:

• To coordinate and plan daily implant support and Airport operations.
• To ensure smooth operations conducted at customers for normal and additional pick up.
• To monitor daily ULD\xe2\x80\x99S utilization and ensure sufficient ULD\xe2\x80\x99S for buildup process.
• To ensure conductive environment is created for staff participant and productivity.
• To ensure operate at minimum costs and meet company\'s objective.
• To perform any other functions assigned by Department Head from time to time.
• To communicate with other related department on any operations issues/discrepancy.
• Monitoring of department KPI
• This position will be based at our Penang Branch, Batu Maung

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

• Candidate must be willing to do shift work (especially Night Shift), Public Holiday & flexible with working hour.
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably from logistics experience in Forwarding line (Export management)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
• Proficiency in Malay & English verbally and in written.
• Undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by Reporting line manager.

Attribute require:

• Good logistics and distribution operations experience
• Ability to work closely together with other functional disciplines (Strong all round relationship builder)
• Strong with Leadership skill.
• Excellent in troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical and facilitation skills

• Have responsibility on the assign task & Work Independently (minimal supervision)
• Positive Mindset (able adapt to changes)
• Fast learner & Proactive
• Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines and consistently achieving agreed target.
