Position Title Purchasing - Senior Executive

\xe3\x83\xbbProcess day-to-day purchasing and inventory planning activities.

\xe3\x83\xbbPlacing purchase orders and expediting timeously, follow-up with suppliers for confirmation of orders, including order amendments and co-ordinate with Finance for payment.

\xe3\x83\xbbPreparation of forecasts for budgetary planning with respective departments/divisions.

\xe3\x83\xbbPurchasing of products based on forecast/actual sales/inventory level.

\xe3\x83\xbbProducts COG monitoring and analyzation.

\xe3\x83\xbbMonitoring on products COG and analyze on ways to lower down product COG.

\xe3\x83\xbbEnsuring pricing master is up to date and communicated with management if any price changes take place

\xe3\x83\xbbProblem solving, investigating and resolving queries promptly and effectively.

\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise closely with principles, freight forwarding agency and third party logistic and supply chain service providers to ensure the shipment ETA, sufficient inventory and etc.

\xe3\x83\xbbProduce various report such as inventory report, shipment report and budgeting report for management.

\xe3\x83\xbbCollaborate with Sales & Marketing Division to establish agility and good inventory control.

\xe3\x83\xbbWork closely with other departments to achieve operational efficiencies. Participate in process improvement initiatives & workflow for streamlining.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

\xe2\x9c\x93At least 3 years of working experience in procurement management within a fast paced and highly competitive business environment.

\xe2\x9c\x93Experience within FMCG industry would be a plus.

\xe2\x9c\x93Detailed oriented with proven capability in managing multiple completing priorities simultaneously.

\xe2\x9c\x93Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and is well adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

\xe2\x9c\x93Results oriented, self-motivating and strong negotiation skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.

\xe2\x9c\x93Logistics and export procedures experience would be an added advantage.
