Position Title Senior Executive (Export)
Industry Food and Beverage/Catering/Restaurant
\xe3\x83\xbbMonitoring and increase each country sales, through sales planning, activities including marketing promotion.

\xe3\x83\xbbKeep good relationship with distributor PIC

\xe3\x83\xbbNeed to look after for retail, food service, industrial and marketing segment for the in charge country

\xe3\x83\xbbData analysis, communicate with new inquiries, dig out potential customers

\xe3\x83\xbbCooperate with other department to make sure the goods to be shipped in a good conditions, align with the country\'s regulations and also the payment collections

\xe3\x83\xbbCooperate with other department to make sure all supporting documents are prepared to avoid any issues and make sure all the packaging are follow the restriction

\xe3\x83\xbbThink strategy to expand export sales and monitoring each country sales, including sales activities, marketing promotion (online/offline)

\xe3\x83\xbbTravel to overseas to build relationship with distributor, market survey, check on distributor\'s performance

\xe3\x83\xbbCooperate with other departement to make sure the goods are follow the regulations

\xe3\x83\xbbwith other department to make sure the goods are shipped out in a good conditions without any delay and causing trouble to customer

\xe3\x83\xbbTeach/give training to our customer (distributor/end consumers/promoters) on products knowledge, how to sell, etc

\xe3\x83\xbbMake proposal for customers to approach to their customers to purchase our products

\xe3\x83\xbbKeep good relationship with distributors to make sure they are align with company strategies

\xe3\x83\xbbKeep eyes on freight cost and also work together with other department to monitor forwarder\'s performance

\xe3\x83\xbbKeep eyes on the trend of related countries to make sure our plans or strategies are on track

\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor market changes through online/offline to protect our valued customers benefits

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate with HQ to make sure export business is benefiting the group to avoid conflicts

\xe3\x83\xbbCooperate with HQ to make sure export business is bringing benefits to the group instead of creating conflicts

\xe3\x83\xbbAble to teach distributor PIC or customer on how to use our products

\xe3\x83\xbbAble to travel overseas

\xe3\x83\xbbCurious about each countries cuisine and culture
Salary 2900~4500 (RM)
Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Diploma and above

\xe2\x9c\x93Good communication & writing in English & BM

\xe2\x9c\x93Japanese & Mandarin added advantage

\xe2\x9c\x93Basic computer skills (Power Points, Excel, word)

\xe2\x9c\x93Knowledge of export\'s flow (Incoterms, forwarder, SAP, MITI system,etc)

\xe2\x9c\x93 2 ~3 years Experienced in Retail or Food service segment & in export.
