Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

to join our growing F&B group. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing timely financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Financial Operations & Reporting

Verify and reconcile daily sales and expenses across outlets. Oversee daily cash deposits, petty cash, and monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare consolidated reports with sales breakdown by outlet and platform (dine-in, GrabFood, FoodPanda, etc.). Ensure accuracy and consistency of POS-generated reports.

2) Compliance & Taxation

Manage timely submission of

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST

. Lead e-invoicing onboarding and ensure LHDN compliance. Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit documentation.

3) Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control

Track outlet purchases, forecast spending, and conduct variance analysis. Monitor market prices and update cost databases for effective COGS control. Review COGS performance against targets and highlight variances.

4) Procurement & Supplier Management

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor halal certification and performance.

5) Platform & Payment Reconciliation

Review and reconcile third-party delivery platform reports (GrabFood, FP, ShopeeFood, etc.). Manage payments and allocate shared expenses accurately across outlets.

6) Systems & Operations Support

Update and maintain POS systems (menu items, pricing, promotions). Support onboarding of digital inventory management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

2-4 years' experience

in accounting/finance, preferably in F&B or retail. Strong knowledge of

EPF, SOCSO, PCB, SST, and e-invoicing

. Hands-on experience in POS systems, reporting, and cost control. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
