Job Description

Role Summary Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, and as a member of the SEA Regional Finance Team, the incumbent is responsible for supporting subsidiaries including but not limited to analysing business and financial data, creating financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making and developing financial plans and reports for Southeast Asia Management, and implementation of Regional Projects. Role Main Responsibilities Monthly Reporting

• Perform SEA Consolidation, KH, MM, VN and PH for monthly sales and performance reporting. Like Sales, Gross Margin Analysis, SGA Analysis, Open order Gross Margin Analysis and Management Presentation preparation.
• Key point of contact person for all the finance analysis and controlling requirement of KH,MM and VN.
• Responsible for HUB entity BPC reporting
• Monthly basis support industrial teams for Financial KPI
• Monthly basis Performance Reporting (Eliot, Elene and Geenamics)
• Quarterly Marketing reporting for VN and PH
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Budget and Forecast

• Prepare the quarterly forecast and related supporting files for SEA consolidation, KH, MM and VN
• Prepare annual budget and related supporting files for SEA consolidation, KH, MM and VN
• Prepare marketing reporting on sales and profitability for VN and PH
• Compute PdB evolution (Budget vs Standard) as requested by Group
• Input BPC package for forecast and budget for KH, MM, VN and HUB

Others

• Support yearly basis to KH, MM and VN for Annual Rebate calculation, Finalisation of Distributor Agreement.
• Support to KH, MM and VN for Credit note process related to Bad debts and Marketing related
• Participation in Southeast Asia Finance Projects

Any other duties as and when required Role Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Finance & Accounting with 3 years of manufacturing industry experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Possess strong sense of internal control and business
• High attention to details, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly with conclusions.
• Adaptable to various work situations, Ability to work well with others across all levels of management and geographies
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office
