Job Description


JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES * To assist in the coordination and execution of planned strategies for the department pertaining to rankings/ratings, Graduate Tracer Study and Student Satisfaction Surveys from commencement until completion.

  • To support and facilitate all data gathering, tracking, analysis, recording, audits and moderation pertaining to the university\'s rankings/ratings such as QS, SETARA, MyQUEST, Graduate Tracer Study and Student Satisfaction Survey exercises.
  • To manage systems, data & resources for the purpose of institutional data gathering and record keeping.
  • To support any internal/external communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

Possess at least a bachelor degree with at least 1-3 years working experience.

Related Experience

At least 1 to 3 years working experience in the related field. He/she should also have experience of managing, coordinating and overseeing the implementation of plans through working in collaboration with others.
