Senior Executive, HR Business Partner

Mobility is the goal

  • Support the local talent attraction & management, people development and employee engagement
  • Partnering with the business to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
  • Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Partnering with the internal Center of Excellence for Learning & Development, Talent Management as well as Total Rewards to continuously improve the employee experience
  • Collaborating with internal Shared Service Center in Malaysia to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Developing and maintaining positive employee and industrial relations.
  • Ensuring effective employee communication and employee engagement agenda
  • Promoting safe behaviors and striving for the highest standards of safety and health performance
  • Partner with business leaders to drive the workforce effectiveness and support the business growth.

Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive - Refer JD

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A master\'s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) can be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in a business partnering capacity, is essential. Typically, 5-7 years of progressive HR experience is expected, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role.
HR Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is crucial.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR analytics.
Business Acumen:
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the organization\'s business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders and providing strategic HR guidance to drive business results.
Relationship Building and Communication:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision-makers.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify HR-related challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing HR metrics to drive decision-making.
Change Management:
  • Experience in managing organizational change initiatives and supporting employees through transitions.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring HR staff.
Ethical Conduct:
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive HR matters.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or sector in which the organization operates can be beneficial.
