Design and implement OD strategies, frameworks, and programs to enhance organisational effectiveness and culture.
Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design interventions such as training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and employee engagement.
Conduct organisational assessments and provide recommendations to improve structure, processes, and workforce planning.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Develop and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and benchmarking exercises to ensure market competitiveness.
Oversee benefits administration, including medical, insurance, and employee wellness programs.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations on pay equity, incentive plans, and total rewards strategies.
Support annual performance appraisal and bonus payout processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies related to payroll, benefits, and employee entitlements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in Organisational Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Business Partner roles.
Strong understanding of HR practices, OD frameworks, and total rewards management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
