\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background:Corporate Finance AdvisoryLocation: KLTenure: Permanent roleSalary: Basic SalaryDuties and Responsibilities:(i) To assist drafting and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents;(ii) Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement;(iii) To assist recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts;(iv) To coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations;(v) To monitoring HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, etc;(vi) To implement talent management initiatives (training & development, rewards, succession planning) in order to maintain healthy employee retention levels;(vii) Review existing processes and proactively propose new improvement initiatives or suggest new ways of working to improve effectiveness of the HR function;(viii) To monitoring employees\' leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees\' attendance / absenteeism and summarized and reported on a monthly basis;(ix) Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/decision making;(x) Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management\'s approval;(xi) Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.Job Requirements:
