Join us today! https://www.mfm.com.my/careers/ Compensation and Benefits Management Review monthly payroll and claims with a degree of accuracy and ensure timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policy. Ensure submission of input into the HRIS system is accurate and complete to support organizational effectiveness. Attend to all queries with regards to staff matters i.e. leave management, attendance management, and etc. Analyze manpower cost and overtime staff rate to ensure cost optimization. Provide HR analytics support to Manager to assist in data-driven decision making. Assist in recommending annual bonus, salary increments and promotion exercise. Review and propose changes in compensation and benefits where relevant. Perform salary and benefits market benchmarking using various channels. Assist in coordinating the annual performance appraisal cycle at plant level, track progress of completion of performance management evaluations accordingly. Industrial Relations Assist in conducting domestic inquiries with Group HR on issues relating to dismissal, disciplinary and misconducts. Prepare show cause or warning letters as guided by Supervisors. Conduct counselling sessions to support employees pertaining to underperformance, misconduct, and etc. Talent Acquisition Understand and propose manpower requirements to support effective organization structure aligned towards the business direction. Shortlist and provide quality candidates to Hiring Managers within a stipulated timeframe and close the assigned positions according to the timeline set out in the KPIs. Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, collection of documents etc. Participate in Employer Branding activities such as career talks at identified colleagues, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools etc. To work closely with Group Human Resources in ensuring high quality and innovative employer branding activities to attract talents. Conduct exit interviews with resigned employees, to gauge the attrition reasons and recommend the necessary actions for improvement. Carry out and maintain documentation and filing works for subcontractors which includes filing of offer letters, personal particulars, forms etc., into individual personal file. Facilitate pre-onboard, onboarding and blending-in programs for new employees to ensure an enriching orientation experience. Learning and Development Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the training needs for all staff in meeting the behavioral competency gaps. Manage the overall training administration which includes training applications, HRDF claims, audit and etc. Develop, implement, and ensure the end-to-end effectiveness of Orientation Program for all new employees. Actively support organizational development activities in meeting company\'s development objectives. Implement and monitor the effectiveness of all developmental programs to create a coaching, learning & growth culture in MFM Group. Employee Engagement Lead and recommend employee engagement activities to strive for a harmonious working environment amongst the employees. Organize employee engagement activities such as family day, annual dinner, sports day, breakfast engagement, quarterly engagement sessions etc. to foster relationships among colleagues. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field. Must be willing to work at Lumut, Perak . Exposed in Malaysia employment-related legislations and laws in relation to HR (Labour Law, Employment Act, Industrial Act etc.). Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands prioritizing workload, managing projects and multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
