KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead the investigation of non compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures (PPP) & conduct procurement assurance activities.
  • Leading onboarding program and coaching colleagues in various departments to build their capabilities to perform self- assurance for governance vigilance
  • Provide recommendation and advisory to Business Units on matters pertaining to Procurement Policies and Procedures (PPP) and involve review of Procurement Policies and Procedures (PPP)
  • Identify weaknesses, review, and offer recommendations or alternatives solutions for process improvement that create added value
  • Representing the Contract and Procurement Department in direct negotiation sessions for various departments to ensure adherence to governance and provides commercial value
  • Perform data analytic to unlock the value from statistic of non-compliance findings to prioritize on areas poses higher risks and to address the risk accordingly
  • Secretariat for Consequence Management Evaluation Committee Meetings process including pre-meeting and post-meeting administration and to draft the minutes of meeting within required timeline with clarity to be circulated to committee members
  • Provide professional level of support and advisory role to the various function and processes in the capacity as secretary to Consequence Management Evaluation Committee Meetings
  • Compile meeting documents/files which consist of agenda, minutes of meeting, reports, papers, and other related materials and circulating the meeting files to Consequence Management Evaluation Committee within the required time frame prior to the meeting.
  • Identify areas where risk will likely occur and assist Risk Controller in coordination of day-to-day risk management and the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, programs and initiatives; Create awareness, advises, and asserts influence on stakeholders to comply with procurement policies and procedures
  • Undertake other jobs and assignment as may be directed
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Management, Economics, Law, Engineering, Mathematic or related fields with minimum of 6-8 years' experience.
