KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Facilitate and participate in strategic and operational planning on developing CSR policies and strategies, establishing CSR goals and priorities.
  • Develop and participate in the execution of social investment and community development initiatives in accordance with CSR priorities and budget adherence.
  • Act as internal knowledge resource to provide direction and guidance on social investment strategies and priorities.
  • Provide analysis and recommendation on collaborative partnership initiatives/funding requests and oversee programmes implementation to ensure maximum social and economic returns for the communities
  • Integrate with relevant cross functional departments and external stakeholders to facilitate and leverage support for CSR initiatives or collaborative partnership with CBOs, NGOs, NPOs, social enterprises and government agencies for building trust with communities.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring, measuring and reporting the outcomes of social investment.
  • Manage communication of CSR strategy, activities and corporate reputation.
  • Actively involved in the department\'s operational and administrative functions, including budgeting staff management and performance.
  • Undertake such other duties as may be assigned by superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility/Community Development/Social Science/Communication or any other relevant disciplines recognised by MQA with minimum 6-8 relevant working experience.
