Job Summary: As a Senior Executive - Infrastructure Network, your primary responsibility will be running day-to-day operations to support the network infrastructure systems within an organization. You will be working as a team and responsible for maintaining network systems uptime, network setup and configuration, ensuring network security, monitoring network performance and others. Key Responsibilities: Run the day-to-day operations to maintain network systems uptime, monitor network performance. Participate in IT Projects discussion, setup and deliver network infrastructure services for the IT projects. Work as a team to achieve the team\'s KPI, medium and long term goals. Enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures. Setup, configure and maintain network systems, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, TCP/IP, Switch, Router, Wireless, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. Maintain network uptimes, monitor network performance and identify any issues that arise, and proactively addressing them to prevent downtime or security breaches, working closely with other IT professionals as needed. Work closely with the information security team to implement information security policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ensuring all network related diagrams and documentation are up-to-date and readily available. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and making recommendations to management on how to improve network efficiency and security. Standby for on-call support after office hours as and when required. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in network architecture design and implementation; network administration, backup and disaster recovery. 2+ years of experience in managing cloud-based network systems. Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other IT professionals and stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as Cisco, CompTIA Network+, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Cloud Computing are highly desirable. Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or additional languages is an added advantage. Possess own transport as minor travelling to other offices within Klang Valley will be required from time to time. Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge, technical skills and solid experiences in the following multiple domains: Network Architecture (LAN / WAN, SD-WAN, Cloud-based Network: VPC, Firewall, NAT, On-Prem to Cloud Connectivity) Network Protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, SSL / TLS) Network Administration (Network Monitoring, Configuration Management tools; Network Performance Analysis tools) Switches, Routers, Wireless Network Security (Firewall, VPN, IDS / IPS, NAC, Zero Trust) Network Backup and Disaster Recovery: Experience in implementing network backup and disaster recovery solutions. Cloud Computing (Google / AWS / Azure) Automation Tools (Terraform, Ansible) Bash / Shell, Python scripting languages Virtualization, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Network Technology Expected Minimum Years of Experience : 4+ years of experience in network architecture design and implementation; network administration, backup and disaster recovery. 2+ years of experience in managing cloud-based network systems.
