Duties & Responsibilities
Effective and efficient investigation processes to ensure completion of cases on a timely basis.
Engage and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient evidence gathering process.
Review and assess adequacy of evidence gathered and make operational decisions on further investigations.
Evaluate and compile all relevant evidence gathered in relation to the scope of investigation and make sound recommendations to safeguard MRCB\xe2\x80\x99s interest.
Produce quality and effective investigation reports and progress updates to ensure successful and high quality findings.
Undertake research and analysis as part of investigation planning and review for the development and enhancement of relevant policies and guidelines.
Any other assignment assigned by the Head of Department or immediate superior.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Certified fraud examiner with ACFE or equivalent is an added advantage.
Relevant Experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the areas of investigation, forensic accounting or internal audit.
Experience in the construction and property industry is an added advantage.
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours
Sound knowledge of investigative techniques and methods.
Good investigative interviewing skills.
Highly analytical and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
