Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYResponsible on the conduct of land planning matters and building up a comprehensive and updated land database to enable improvement of MAHB overall planningESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONSStrategic

• Work closely with divisional leadership team and internal/external stakeholders with regards to land planning and masterplanning
• To formulate land planning policies and manage the implementation in order to ensure conformity to the policies.

Functional

• Work closely with Manager/Senior Manager in implement land administration policies.
• Monitor the land planning matters with regards to all airports.
• Coordinate ang control land planning project management as in service agreement, monitor project timeline, filings, progress payment and project closing.
• Review reports and layout plans prepared by the consultant/subconsultants thoroughly and able to provide valuable comments and feedback.
• Prepare various data/documents and presentation slides for management, key stakeholders and government agencies.
• Involve in develop and review master planning for KLIA Aeropolis, Subang Regeneration Plan and other key airports in Malaysia Airports
• Continuous engagement with related stakeholders, internal and external.
• Accountable to deliver accurate information with regards to land use status to Manager/Senior Manager for action plan and enhance a comprehensive and updated land database for all airports.
• Prepare strategic papers/ letters with regards to land planning and administrative matters i.e. BOD paper, input for Cabinet paper, strategic letters to Government, etc.

Relevant IndustriesInternal

• Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience in Executive role, OR
• Diploma with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Executive role, OR
• STPM with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Executive role, OR
• SPM with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Executive role

Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at leastExceptional / A or Outstanding / B; andMinimum Meet Expectations / CThe employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotionRelevant IndustriesExternal

• Degree with CGPA

3.0 and minimum 3 year relevant experience.EducationExternal

• Degree preferably with specialization in Economics, Finance or Business Administration/Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
