JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years outbound call center experience (Lead Generation or Cold Calling with proven track record)
Preferably but not limited to have banking experience in loan products
Both Mandarin & English speaking is a must
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Strong & proven problem-solving skills
Candidates with good attitude despite education level will also be considered

JOD DESCRIPTION:

Perform Lead Generation task on daily basis to qualify business owners eligible & interested for SME financing
Communicate with customers mainly thru calls and whatsapp to achieve set KPI\'s
Maintain professionalism throughout communication with B2B clientele
