Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced L&D Senior Executive to plan, implement, and oversee learning and development programs while promoting employee engagement and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience with Emergency Response Team (ERT) operations to support a safe and engaged work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and deliver L&D programs aligned with business objectives. Conduct training needs analysis and implement relevant learning solutions. Support compliance training related to OSHA and workplace safety standards. Assist in coordinating and managing ERT training and drills. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Support OSHA-related training and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist in planning and conducting Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and drills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development roles. Certified Train-The-Trainer (TTT) from HRDC Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects efficiently.

Pay: RM2,520.59 - RM5,500.00 per month
