Tasks & responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing leasing strategies To constantly look out for prospect tenants suitable yo EMKAY properties product Identify and engage prospective tenants for EMKAY Properties Coordinate and facilitate deal proposals for both new and renewing tenants Monitor and report on EMKAY Properties' occupancy status regularly Cultivate and maintain positive tenant-landlord relationships, addressing inquiries promptly Conduct thorough market research and analysis Demonstrate effective communication skills with tenants and prospects Proficient and familiar in leasing processes and procedures Perform any additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications & experience

Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Higher Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from recognized institutes Minimum 5 years' experience in related industry Meticulous with excellent verbal and written communication Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel between Damansara and Cyberjaya Specialization in property/real estate or a related field is advantageous Ability to adapt to frequent changes, work under minimum supervision, able to workwith pressure and meet the tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
