JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the leasing manager in planning or implementing tenancy mix in the retail mall
Identify, short list and securing suitable tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets. Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate the lease and finalise the rental and other terms and conditions. To do cold calling and follow up.
Conduct market research on shopping centers in order to keep abreast of retail property development in the market
Ensure all leasing documentation are in good order. Attend to leasing enquiries and ensure all leasing processes are handled in professional manner.
Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms, follow up through execution to the opening store.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point
Possess strong network of tenants and contracts. Have good contacts with major retailers in the industry.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Understanding and good knowledge of Malaysian retail market is an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Real Estate
