Requirement

1. Min 2-3 years of working experience in Logistic working environment.

2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

4. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide responsible supervision and control for all drivers matters such as attendance

2. Plan trip pre-plan efficiently and schedule the daily delivery to customer based on the area and urgency.

3. Work closely with the client's representative to ensure service satisfaction.

4. Oversee the GPS system and monitoring of all drivers trip according to the trip arrangements.

5. Maintain courteous, prompt and effective customer relations.

6. Conduct annual performance reviews for all drivers and lorry attendant.

7. In-charge of the monthly meeting planning and record keeping of minutes of meeting

8. Any specified task assigned by the management from time to time.

9. Awareness of organizational context for OH&S Improvement.

10. Awareness of worker's consultation and participation in reducing OH&S risks.

11. Involved in (HIARO) Hazard Identification and Assessment of Risks and Risk and

12. Undertake any others duties as required commensurate with the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
