Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance and repair works for outlets in East Malaysia.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure outlets' facilities, kitchen equipment, and utilities are well maintained and in safe working condition.
Manage contractors, service providers, and vendors -- from quotations to job completion.
Support new store openings and renovation projects, ensuring technical and equipment readiness.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Compliance with HSE standards and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
2) Training & Development:
Develop and conduct training sessions for outlet staff and maintenance teams on equipment handling, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
Provide on-site coaching to outlet teams on basic troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the Operations, FSQA (Halal & Compliance), HR and SK Academy teams to identify technical training needs and improve overall outlet performance.
in maintenance coordination or facilities management (F&B or retail experience preferred).
Experience in training, coaching, or technical skill development is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to
travel frequently across Sabah and Sarawak

Possess own transport and valid driving license.
