JOB ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive to oversee the T\xe2\x80\x99ROKA luxury travel brand and the Branded portfolio consisting of travel brands licensed by our partners for the company to market in Malaysia. The Branded portfolio include Club Med, YTL Hotels, the Royal Caribbean Cruises Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Trafalgar tours, Contiki, Costsaver, among others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives that build brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

This person will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that build brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement for T\xe2\x80\x99ROKA and Branded portfolio in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

2. Develop and execute a post-launch strategy for T\xe2\x80\x99ROKA in Malaysia, including identifying key target markets, and executing marketing campaigns to establish the brand in the market.

3. Grow the Branded portfolio in Malaysia with a focus on reaching new and younger customer segments.

4. Assist in budget planning, innovations, activation, advertising, and promotion for the deployment of the annual marketing plan.

5. Manage T\xe2\x80\x99ROKA & the Branded portfolio product assessment and deployment in Malaysia, including P&L, pricing, place and positioning.

6. Build a productive relationship with the Consumer Travel/Sales team, Strategy & Insights, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to manage the brand\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day operations, and external partners and agencies.

7. Provide input to volume forecasting, and financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6Ps). Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.

8. Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across all channels (digital, social, email, print) that drives brand awareness and engagement in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

9. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns, including creative, media, and event agencies in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in luxury travel to maintain a competitive edge in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

\xc2\xb7 3 years of experience in brand management, with experience on luxury brands.

\xc2\xb7 Possess commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth through marketing strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Keen sense of luxury customer expectations and experience with creating tailored marketing strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Proactive, self-starter with a high level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to travel as needed.

RELATED EXPERIENCE

\xc2\xb7 Possess skills in project management that enable the delivery projects on time and within budget.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in working as part of a team on annual marketing planning processes and providing ongoing monitoring to achieve strategic objectives.
