About the Team The Frost & Sullivan Customer Experience Team is an integral part of the customers\' journey, driving growth, and unleashing unprecedented opportunities at every step. In a nutshell, the global customer experience team plays a crucial role in acquiring clients and driving them to harness the full potential of our wide range of deliverables, while positioning Frost & Sullivan as a Growth Pipeline Company. Responsibilities Create, implement and measure Corporate Communications campaigns that will include all communications efforts - from PR, to media campaigns, to social media - to ensure they all work together in harmony. Act as a media contact/relations, responding to media enquiries and proactively developing new media contacts from consumer, business and trade publications - Create powerful media campaigns on the back of breaking news. Identify speakership opportunities for Frost & Sullivan spokespersons in External Industry Events. Liaise with Industry Bodies/ External Events Organizers for knowledge partnership opportunities. Assist with the creation of compelling Marketing flyers, brochures. Media monitoring and tracking of industry events, media interviews, campaigns and partnerships. Network and liaise with clients and potential clients for value added activities like interviews and briefings. Delivery of personal monthly status report (MSR) and regular achievement analysis every month in the format followed in the region. Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position efficiently. Qualifications Min 5 years experience in the areas of PR/ Corp Comm in a PR Agency or large MNC. Experience in creating, copywriting and proofreading of promotional literature in English. The ability to forge strong internal working relationships and the confidence to communicate with media and external suppliers. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a strategic and forward planning thought process. A team player with the drive, ambition and self-motivation to succeed regardless of the challenges. Proficient in English language is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
