Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, event management or any relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare proposals, reports and presentations.
• Creative, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events or promotions.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare event recaps and monthly reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of design tools (eg Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events that drive traffic, brand awareness, and conversion.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and event recap summaries to evaluate effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, local and interstate media, and key partners to ensure effective collaboration, coverage, and event support.
• Coordinate and follow up on press releases, marketing activities, and media requests to ensure timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Plan, organize, and execute mall activities, promotional events, and new store openings, including developing a monthly in-store activation calendar.
• Support the Marketing Department in all related tasks, including store set-up, visual displays, event management, media coordination, and public relations.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the company to support overall marketing and business objectives.
