Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. Over the years, MFM has grown to become one of the leading flour millers in Malaysia. Outside of Malaysia, MFM also has presence in the flour milling industry in Vietnam and Indonesia. In Indonesia, MFM is one of the shareholders in PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, along with Toyota Tsusho Group (Japan) and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (Indonesia). MFM ventured into the poultry feed business in 1983 and since then has expanded considerably across the poultry value chain in breeding, farming and processing, to become one of the leading poultry integrators in Malaysia. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team. Responsible to manage and support the maintenance of IT Infrastructure related equipment, software, and configuration to ensure smooth operational process. Conduct analysis to improve IT Infrastructure. Participate in IT project to provide the necessary IT Infrastructure services. To support end user IT requirement. Responsibilities: Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud System, Storage, Backup etc.) to support current and meet future business requirements. Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users\' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs and system availability. Maintain the infrastructure health by performing daily monitoring, patch updates, configuration review and hardware replacement when is needed. Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented as per specification and timely manner. Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP. Ensure the completion of new equipment setup or configuration changes according to the maintenance schedule or recommended changes. Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is conduct effectively, feedback is gathered, and revisions are tested, validated, and documented. Assist in every related area of IT Infrastructure whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department. To provide after hours support according to work requirements and job schedule. To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3years of working experience in IT support role or relevant field, preferably in manufacturing industry.
