Job Description

Creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions. Developing engaging content for the company website, blog, and social media platforms, including articles, videos, and images. Designing and executing email campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Conducting research to identify target audiences, understand automotive industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies Assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing databases, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports. Working closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns. Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands. Handle all public relations/exhibition events and work closely with agencies including co-ordinate to dealers for event arrangement. Tiktok live is a must Develop and organize events to sharpen the brand & products. Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets). Provide support, guidance, materials, and information to the dealer network when planning local events. Monitoring public opinion, dealing with negative voices and brand crises. Track key performance metrics across social media platforms such as engagement, reach and conversion rates Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights for stakeholders Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising cost and returns Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system, gathering necessary data according to the planned objective to determine efficacy and areas of campaign improvement Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
