A Senior Operations & Customer Service Executive in a freight forwarding companyplays a key role in ensuring smooth shipment handling while maintaining strong relationship with customers , carriers, and internal teams including overseas offices and partners.
Cordinate Importt & Export shipments arrangement
Prepare & Process shipping documents
Customs & Port procedures
Coordinate with Internal colleagues
Main point of contact for customers
Proactive communication
Relationship Management
After sales Support
Billing /Costing
Vendor coordination/Problem solving
Compliance
Requirements :
Reporting to : Pricing & Office Manager
Experience in handling Ocean freight Import & Export customer service & Operations
Experience in handling Air freight Import & Export customer service & Operations (Optional ) Experience in handling customs brokerage -EDI declaration and sound knowledge in Port operations
Experience in handling Project Cargo ( Optional ) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding
Commited /Reliable and Trustworthy
Good command of English (Spoken & Written )
Accedemic Qualification - Minimum SPM /STPM /Diploma. If you produce a degree added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
