Job Description


:Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all MEE routine works i.e M&E (genset, highmast, lighting, and water pump systems), aircond systems, ITS, ANC & UPS, CCTV, and 2nd level works.
  • Liaise with the client\'s representative at the section/ region and local authorities on all matters of the MEE routine works as and when required.
  • Responsible for all quality control on the routine execution and compliance with all authorities and company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the cost control of the approved budget for MEE routine works (CAPEX, Annual Operating Plan, and profit & loss).
  • Responsible for the profitability of the MEE Routine.
  • Responsible for SLA performance management i.e. DLP, LAD, DEMERIT, SI.
  • Responsible for the claim to the client and payment to the subcontractors.
  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of the proposal to the client as per the approved dateline.
  • To undertake other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned, instructed, and directed by the superior.
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards according to company policy and procedure; ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, EMS 14001, and Factory Machinery Act 1967.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\' degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum two to three years of relevant working experience in MEE discipline preferably within the road/highway maintenance or civil-infrastructure industry.
  • Exposure to supervision work on subcontractors, claim management, reporting, and analysis.
