Payroll: \xc2\xb7 Responsible in full spectrum of payroll administration for all of employees (full time and part time) \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain staff information in HRMS (EIM) \xe2\x80\x93 Personal Profile and Qualification is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation, including salary movements such as new appointment, transfer, bonus, increment, promotion and other related matters \xc2\xb7 Maintenance of payroll database with accuracy and compliance with statutory \xc2\xb7 Payroll transaction updated accurately in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Payroll related documents are filed and kept accurately for references \xc2\xb7 Processing of monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner \xc2\xb7 Ensure monthly statutory payment (SOCSO/Income tax/Zakat/Tabung Haji/HRDF/PTPTN) is processed by 11th of every month and delivered to respective statutory body timely and all statutory records are kept for reference. \xc2\xb7 Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly payroll variance report for checking and approval \xc2\xb7 Ensure new staff members statutory registration and deletion of members for resignee / leavers are done in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Responsible for yearly payroll calendar (planning & execution) \xc2\xb7 Ensure bank release on time and obtain payroll approval timely \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely payroll reporting to Finance Annual payroll related matters: - \xc2\xb7 Preparation of year-end EA & BE Form and ensure accuracy of the statement before distribution \xc2\xb7 Responsible for yearly EA statement to be issued to all employees. \xc2\xb7 To support in payroll audit matters Tax Management: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for tax clearance for expatriate employees \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all statutory tax payment are taken into consideration before final pay-out Leave & Time Management: \xc2\xb7 Provide support to staff on leave and time management \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all unpaid leave is captured in the monthly payroll processing \xc2\xb7 Responsible for leave management reporting Separation of staff (Resignation / End of contract / Termination) \xc2\xb7 Ensure all resignation letter is received with Line Manager\xe2\x80\x99s approval \xc2\xb7 Notify working team on the resignation (Academic/Non-Academic/Healthcare) \xc2\xb7 Calculate leave balance/overtaken reports and share with resigned employee and employee Manager \xc2\xb7 Prepare acceptance of resignation / end of contract letter \xc2\xb7 Prepare full documentation of tax clearance and EPF withdrawal for expatriates\xe2\x80\x99 resignation and update tax status in payroll system \xc2\xb7 Upkeep resignation records and ensure HRMS is updated Day to Day operations: - \xc2\xb7 Respond to staff\xe2\x80\x99s queries on payroll/statutory and leave related matters \xc2\xb7 To undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required.
