Job Responsibilities: * 'Assist VP Performance Management to establish/execute KPI under Retail Banking which include data management. * Support the definition and implementation of Management's approved KPI framework within Retail Banking and Job Responsibilities: 'Assist VP Performance Management to establish/execute KPI under Retail Banking which include data management. Support the definition and implementation of Management's approved KPI framework within Retail Banking and across the Group and dispute handling. Provides analysis of moderate to complex calculations, data structures, reporting and applications on KPI performances. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree level or with equivalent experience achieved. 5 years experience in managing data extraction and reporting for sales performance in Banking environment Highly organised, data driven with very strong analytical skills and attention to detail Able to aggregate complex data in a clear and consistent manner Strategic, analytical thinking, strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organization skills Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and Scorecards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills position requires interaction with all levels of employees and external parties
