Job Description

Job Brief:

Serves as a change agent, to be the driving force for organizational renewal and transformation, bringing fresh impetus, ideas and improved structure and systems across the Group.

Assists the development of change initiatives planned and ensure each is delivered effectively through the application of a consistent methodology and performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and identify performance gaps to develop the appropriate process changes.
• To assist and implement process simplification, system enhancement and automation via cost-effective methods and agreed budgets.
• Monitor the progress of post-implementation performance and adoption across the organization.
• To ensure new initiatives and processes are comply with the Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP).
• Perform planned internal audit assignments in accordance to the appropriate application of risks-based approach.
• Prepare reports with relevant recommendations upon finalization of fieldwork.
• Perform ad-hoc audit and investigations on areas of concerns as and when required.

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in related field.
• Working experience in Property Development / Construction Industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel (i.e. Pivot table) & PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, creative problem-solving skills.
• Team-player with proven ability to effectively work with various business functions within an organization. Ability to collaborate with team members to drive initiatives in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, meet timelines and detail-oriented.
• Result-oriented, possess curiosity, responsible and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
