(A) Job Purpose \xe2\x80\xa2 Fully accountable to develop and drive an entire life cycle of a Tier 2/Tier 3 product/platform \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop tactical plans for operational excellence, quality, and continually finding ways of increasing the usage of digital technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive Tier2/Tier3 product adaptation throughout the organization and align with overall digitalization objectives (B) Key Accountabilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with stakeholders within edotco to lead product vision, develop product roadmap and identify enhancement opportunities to enable the business to meet the demands of the business \xe2\x80\xa2 Be the owner of product requirements, planning and execution of the product life cycle according to an agile methodology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring the process, rules of the business are projected and implemented in the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the application support team and NTC system administrators on product specific know how \xe2\x80\xa2 Look for opportunities to merge, consolidate and manage aspects of cost within product/application ecosystem \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with the application vendor on the issues raised / bug fixes, service request and change request on the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all system maintenance activities are carried out within stipulated maintenance window with minimal downtime to ensure operational continuity \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain, troubleshoot and track all incidents tickets and service requests raised against the product for in-depth analysis and product improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform RCA (root cause analysis) on repeating and high severity issues / incidents with the objective to improve product performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead in the system integration of the platform with other 3rd party system that is needed to support the business process \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead deployment of solutions to new NTC\xe2\x80\x99s (i.e NTC where system not implemented yet) \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training/refresher course to users as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out RFP/RFI to source for new and next gen technology solutions for further improvement of the tool \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead POC for new solutions that are new and shortlisted.
