Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, shortlisting, salary negotiation, onboarding, and offboarding.
Partner with Heads of Departments (HODs) on manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Support manpower costing, budgeting, and utilization monitoring.
Drive employer branding initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, job fairs, partnerships, and employee referral programs.
Conduct compensation and performance review exercises (increments, bonuses, JD reviews).
Provide HR reports, analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation as per SOP.
Review and update SOPs related to recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and ISO standards.
Carry out other HR-related tasks as assigned.
