Job Description

Lead and monitor day to day retail operations of all stores by using retail compliance checklist. Work closely with Retail GM and merchandiser on matters relating to merchandise mix, inventory levels and day to day operations matter. Oversee all sales and operational aspects of the Retail Division for the brand. Assess and prioritize all store maintenance issues working with the Boutique Manager. This includes contingent, recurring and refurbish maintenance projects. Analyze ad-hoc retail operational issues and make quick judgment calls, which will support retail sales performance. Monitor stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. Respond to customer complaints and comments if required. Walk the sales floor regularly, talki to colleagues and customers, and identify or resolve urgent issues. Deal with staffing issues that arise and resolve accordingly or escalate to right channel for resolution. Recommend the procurement of equipment and facilities instrumental to the performance of retail operations. Lookout for new prospective staff in competitors and other stores in malls. Help in interviewing. Ensure that proper security control is implemented in the retail boutiques and ensure minimal shrinkages.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
