To handle Sales Administration function in relation to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.
To assist loan arrangement, documentation and first progressive billing.
To issue reminders on time for signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
To liaise and follow up with sales agents, lawyers and purchasers in regards to execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
To attend to customers' queries and work closely with other department to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
To assist assistant manager and manager/ senior manager or head of department on tasks assigned as and when required.
To prepare and submit the quarterly work progress reports i.e. Borang 7F and NAPIC report to the Ministry of Housing via online within the deadline.
To compile and prepare weekly SPA signing report and Aging reports for projects handled.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Job Requirements
At least a Degree/Advance Diploma in any discipline.
Candidates must have at least 2 years working experience in Property Development.
Knowledge in HDA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess positive attitude, independent, hardworking and willing to take challenges.
Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
