About You

You will be responsible for sales and marketing for financial services to our panel dealers. You will be responsible to manage existing portfolio of panel dealers while actively pursue to onboard dealers from CARSOME C2B Platform to your portfolio. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop good standing relationships with panel dealers and execute marketing strategies to increase company revenue. Ultimately, you will a part of a team that will help drive the growth of the company.

Your Day-to-Day

• Build and maintain positive work relationships with internal and external business partners to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
• Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to enquiries as well as assisting with the resolution of issues or complaints.
• Collect, analyze and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper relationship management.

• Must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing or related industry.
• Good command in English & B. Malaysia. Mandarin will be a plus point.
• Overall, a trustworthy person with a good attitude and able to work well in a team.
• Required Skill(s): PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
