JOB DESCRIPTION :

• To achieve sales targets by promoting and selling company products.
• To expand customer base / to increase customer counts.
• Sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintains good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate information of documents such as Purchase Order processing.
• Responsible for customer inquiries pertaining to quotations, products, samples, registration, shipments, artworks, visitation and payments.
• Oversee customer visits, meetings and transportation/hotel arrangements.
• Assist and participate in trade exhibitions held locally and overseas.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on new customers and requirements.
• Assists the Sales Manager in the yearly sales budget planning by providing customer\'s sales forecast.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or other related fields.
• Candidates with export sales / international sales / International Business experiences are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in other languages such as Mandarin, French, German, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese or Spanish will be an advantage.
• A strong command of the English language is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.
