Job Overview:



Eight Kreative Marketing is looking for a highly strategic and content-driven

Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager

to lead

content planning, digital strategy, and performance marketing

for our clients. This role requires a strong ability to

develop compelling content strategies, manage multi-platform campaigns, and optimize performance based on data insights

. You will play a key role in enhancing brand narratives, ensuring content aligns with client goals, and driving measurable engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Planning:



Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Lead content calendar planning for social media, blogs, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns. Conduct research to identify trending topics, audience insights, and content opportunities. Guide content teams in producing engaging, high-converting content across multiple platforms. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with brand positioning.

Digital Campaigns & Execution:



Oversee the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-impact content for ads, social media, and websites. Optimize content performance based on data analytics and audience engagement metrics. Manage influencer and KOL collaborations, ensuring the right messaging and impact.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:



Track and analyze content performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content strategy and improve ROI. Create monthly reports and insights for internal teams and clients.

Client & Team Management:



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their digital content and marketing strategies are well executed. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, sales, and performance marketing, to drive campaign success. Train and mentor junior team members on content marketing and digital strategy best practices.

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media strategy (agency experience preferred). Strong expertise in content planning, storytelling, and digital campaign execution. Experience in managing social media platforms, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools. Ability to develop brand voice, creative storytelling, and content frameworks that drive engagement. Excellent client communication and project management skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):



Experience with influencer marketing and KOL collaborations. Familiarity with AI content tools and automation. Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
