• Management of inventory in omni channels and total organisation level to ensure optimum inventory to meet sales and inventory targets.
• Fully responsible in stocks replenishment in the stores, stocks rebalancing and returns to ensure monthly inventory is optimised and meet monthly inventory target.
• Inventory Management key roles include:

-Monitor & review product performance especially best sellers to ensure the replenishment module is always well maintained and ensure stocks are consistently replenished by suppliers.
- Managing order entry, tracking order progress and delivery and managing claims.
-Effective inventory management to ensure the healthy OSA, establish strong collaborations with brands to ensure healthy Supplier Fill Rate.
-Be part of the team player in ensuring healthy OTB management and planning.

• Build strong relationships with other internal stakeholders ensure strong support extension to achieve organisational and department goals and KPI.
• Communicate ideas for slow moving products / brands to the category team to ensure minimal ageing stock.
• Active review of the product database to ensure accuracy of product assortment.
• Work closely with the suppliers & Logistics Team in new orders validation prior to delivery to ensure orders are fulfilled with fresh stocks.
• Work closely with Logistics Team to manage urgent stocks deliveries & receiving to ensure timely stocks delivery to stores to meet launch plans.
• Monitor Return-To-Vendor, Return-to-Warehouse and stocks destruction end to end process to ensure clean completion of each return/write off.

• Stocks presence in stores (OSA - On-shelf availability)
• Inventory Health (DOH)
• Stocks Returns
• Stocks Depreciation

Key competencies

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within a Supply Chain Function, ideally in retail or in environments with many brands and numerous references.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Passionate to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with multiple stakeholders and brand partners.
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with brands regional team members.
• Advanced excel capabilities required.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written Email).
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Independent, hands-on and solution-oriented.
