Diploma/Degree in purchasing, supply chain or food management related discipline, with at least 4-5 year of purchasing experience in food services procurement.
Preferred industry experience would be in F&B or FMCG
Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as industry-standard contract terms and service agreements.
Sound understanding of purchasing principles and its applications.
Advanced analysis skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel program
Strong team player with high commitment, integrity and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

Supporting buyers in the procurement process i.e from RFQ till awarding the tender, contract documentation & compliances.
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnership. To provide new product information/innovation ideas to business.
Ensuring that internal inflation is lesser than external inflation in the category.
Coordination with Vendors, Finance & HSE teams for addressing site related issue pertaining to supplies, quality & payments.
Coordination with buyers, Business & CR team for implementation of CR Initiatives & reporting
CR reporting, Inflation tracking, Market survey/benchmarking reports
Collaborate with key stake holders in the organization to identify and drive new initiatives to improve quality and hygiene standards and improve business profitability.
