POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Manage and coordinate between multiple projects across the organization or lead a single targeted project that brings big impact to the organisation goals.
• Provides dashboard reportings of project progress, issues and recommends interventions to debottleneck.
• Provide financial evaluation capabilities and support to the SGM Strategy in relations to high impact projects and other strategic projects within the Group, where relevant.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for organizing programs and activities for the enterprise or targeted projects that drive big impact to organizational goals.
• Develop programmes to support the organization\'s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
• Develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Propose new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Execute changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing program risks.
• Perform the financial analysis, evaluation and formulation of investment strategies for high impact projects under the 5-year strategic transformation plan,
• Undertake an equity/financial management role for any other organic projects to maximize returns on MAHB equity investments, as and when mandated by MAHB Senior Management/SGM Strategy.
• Undertake active roles in conducting financial feasibility studies and business modeling of the high impact projects and other strategic projects, if any (this may include liaising with external financial advisors for specific tasks)
• Supporting transformation steering committee and attending transformation labs to engage business owners when necessary.

• Ensuring success of transformation projects/programmes at entreprise or subsidiary/division level.
• Convincing and getting buy-in from internal and external stakeholders related to transformation projects.
• Programme manage projects.
• Facilitate and advise project sponsors and leads of strategic and tactical changes.

Skills

• Experience in designing and managing change/transformation projects/programs in any of the following areas:
• Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, eCommerce, Retail, Project Management, Process Improvement, Design Thinking, or Digital Transformation.
• Able to design, develop and facilitate workshops.
• Project management skills.
• Able to perform financial projections and forecasts and create a financial model using the appropriate valuation principles.
• Able to derive basic strategic conclusions from the financial model for discussion with superiors.
  

Relevant Industries

External

• Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Executive Role
• Project Management Certification, professional accounting qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, MIA) or Certified Financial Analyst would be an added advantage

• Recognised Degree in any technical or business discipline
• Project Management Certification, professional accounting qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, MIA), or Certified Financial Analyst would be an added advantage
