To led, supervise and develop a team of competent warehouse staff in executing their job functions, stock in and out flow movement as well as maintaining a proper storage and inventory system management.
Responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods to our customers on a timely basis as per scheduled.
Lead and coordination on shipment schedule plan and works closely with different departments
Manage and organize Monthly cycle count activities;
Maintain vehicles and facilities
Responsible to purchase and provide office supplies to staff and take care of office maintenance
To maintain and review standard operating procedure and policy.
Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as & when required.

Job Requirement:

This position to be based in Butterworth, Penang
Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Logistic / Transportation, All Business Field
At least 3 years working experience with good knowledge of warehouse management and familiar with delivery planning.
Posses knowledge in MS Office especially Ms Excel. SAP Skill is an advantage
Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork and continuous improvement skill
Preferably Manager specializing in Purchasing / Procurement / Inventory or equivalent.
Good communication skills
Willing to work extra hours during peak seasons and container unloading days.
