Key Responsibility

Warehouse Management

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and shipping. Ensure accuracy of inventory through stock counts, audits, and system reconciliation. Implement and enforce warehouse standards (FIFO/FEFO, ESD, MSD, 5S). Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow. Supervise and coach warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance.
Logistics & Distribution

Manage inbound and outbound logistics: customs clearance, freight forwarding, transportation scheduling. Liaise with vendors, forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Prepare and manage shipping documents (e.g., packing list, invoice, COO, customs forms). Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade compliance, and customer requirements.
Inventory & Material Control

Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving, and obsolete stock; coordinate with purchasing and planning teams. Support production material availability by ensuring timely delivery to the shop floor. Implement improvements in inventory control (kanban, JIT, cycle counting, ERP/MRP enhancements).
Reporting & Improvement

Generate reports on warehouse KPIs (accuracy, cycle time, on-time delivery, utilization). Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Support ISO, customer, and internal audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material management, preferably in EMS / manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Familiarity with customs clearance, import/export regulations, and freight forwarding. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Knowledge of lean warehousing, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
