Assist in the full recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer preparation).
Manage onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support performance appraisal processes and training administration.
Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in compliance with employment laws.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia's Labour Law and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years
(Executive) /
4-6 years
(Senior Executive) of relevant HR experience.
Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and HR statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good command of
English and Bahasa Malaysia
; Mandarin is an advantage.
