Job Description

Ensuring Quality metrics compliance in all the countries of assigned regions. Work closely with country key stakeholders to drive improvement actions as per the defined timeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with countries on the correct and timely Quality metrics reporting
• Monitor quality performance, reporting key metrics and analysis of it
• Participation in quality improvement plans such as Quality Walks, Quality Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis activities, and Operational Excellence programs
• Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders.
• Guide operational team in difficult queries related to quality, if required engage with Global/ Regional experts to get the best solution
• Manage close links with Enablement and Ops leaders to ensure quality and delivery standards are met/exceeded alongside high levels of customer satisfaction on product content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Business or equivalent degree
• Minimum 4 years experience in operational areas
• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
• Knowledge of Power BI/ Excel (Pivot)/ SQL is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
