Hospital Facility Management - CHFM Your new company This Facility Management company is a subsidiary of a mega developer in the region. They are an integrated service provider who manages property, facilities, data centre, healthcare, corporate and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a senior technical manager who will overlook the entire management of a medical facility. Your new role Lead the Technical Operations Division, supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities for the maintenance and operation of hospital facilities and equipment. Collaborate closely with the hospital management team to align strategies, understand priorities, and meet the needs of our healthcare facility. Ensure the Operations Teams maintain the hospital\'s infrastructure, equipment, and assets, ensuring the safety and functionality of the workspace. Minimize deductions/penalties and address challenges within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, efficiently managing resources, including personnel, finances, and assets. Manage budgeting, adhering to the operating budget, and making informed decisions on spending priorities and service agreements. Oversee retrofitting, renovations, and project modifications carried out by the Operations Team and external contractors, from bid solicitation to evaluation. What you\'ll need to succeed 5 to 10 years of experience in hospital operations within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in implementing energy-saving measures. Strong background in people management, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Previous experience in a leadership role, showcasing your ability to drive results and manage teams.
