Job Description
Technical Operation Manager (LD Welding Sdn. Bhd.)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in this field.
- Knowledge of management software programs.
- Strong IT skills, including database development.
- Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience.
- Must be proficient in English and Malay.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantages.
- Age between 28 to 42 years old.
- Maintain constant communication with staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Preparing letters, quotations, documents, reports, and proposal.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company\'s internal capacity.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
- Salary Range: RM3000 - RM3500
- EPF, Socso & EIS
- Annual Leave: 12 Days
- Medical Benefits: RM50
- Allowance will be discussed according to job production
